Return Policy


If you are not fully satisfied with your order, our Guarantee of Satisfaction will ensure that you obtain a refund. Simply follow the guidelines explained in this section.

Immediately upon receipt, please:

.Carefully inspect the contents for any physical defects or shipping damage.

.Verify that the correct products were shipped.

.If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange the goods for you,or resend your payment.

Return and Refund

1. Merchandise must be returned to the seller within 7 days from the date you received it. The received date base on the sign-in date of the post office record. However, you must inform us within 24 hours from the date you receive.
2. Merchandise must be unused and in the sealed situation of plastics package (including all original packaging and tags) as it was shipped.
3. A refund will be issued for the purchase price, less shipping cost incurred in the return.
4. Product exchange: you may exchange your product for any other product with equal or lesser value. If exchanged for a lesser value item the remaining balance will be refunded to your Credit Card.

Special Note

1. The order back to us without priory contacting, proper authorization number ,correct return address or if the customer refuses the package when it is delivered we will not be approved to refund or exchange.

2. Refunds will not be available if the returned merchandise have been damaged or altered in any way before arriving at the Customer Service Center. Once the merchandise has been received at the Customer Service Center, we will process it as soon as possible. After we confirmed we will refund you all your money unconditionally (shipping fee is not refundable and 5% bank processing fee will be charged).



3. It's buyer's responsibility to pay the returning postage or other charges incurred in the return.



4-.Return for refund item must be post-marked no later than 7 business days and return for exchange must be no later than 10 business days from the day you received it.



5. Please be aware that returned items must be new and unused, and in unworn condition. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item, lost or stolen parts, damage due to personal misuse or negligence; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. The product is subject to final inspection before your return is processed.

Return Instructions

1.Contacting the Customer Service Department for all instructions, return address and authorization number .Be sure to indicate the following information:

*Your full name

*Your detail shipping address

*Your order number

*Tracking number

*Item(s) you want to return (Products name or Product ID)

*The reason you want to make a return (As much detail as possible; E-mail with an attached photo to provide us enough evidence )



2. Please return the merchandise by a tractable shipping service.



3. Provide us the return tracking number once the package been returned. Packages without tracking numbers emailed to us in advance will be returned to the customer .

About my refund

Refund is requested after we receive and process your return item. Usually once the item directed to our Returns Center, You will get your refund within four weeks; However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
